Baltimore-A Nice Place To Be

Have you ever wanted to find a great place to live on the east coast? I have been to many cities on the east coast and Baltimore and the surrounding suburbs are not bad. There are some truly pretty spots.

If you are wanting to find a single family home, a condo, apartment, even commercial buildings then Gebhart Properties is where you want to start. They are the "go to" place for Baltimore Real Estate.

For instance, Briarcliff Apartments in Cockeysville, MD has what you need in apartments. There are one, two and three bedrooms and selected apartments even have a den. Of course, if you work in Baltimore, you need an easy commute. This is where you can find that. Briarcliff Apartments are only a few minutes to the north of Baltimore.

The beauty of these apartments are the features and goodies like spacious floor plans and washers and dryers in each apartment. Now THAT would be a selling point for me. Huge. It gets better. They have a valet trash service too.

The community services are incredible too. There is an Olympic-size pool with two diving boards. They have a gymnasium with a standard size basketball court. The fitness center has cardio and universal machines and free weights. Recently resurfaced tennis courts are included in the package. If that were not enough, the apartments themselves are constructed so well that they are virtually soundproof and fireproof due to the eight inches of concrete and masonry to eliminate the sounds going from one neighbor to another. I have never liked the idea of the neighbors knowing any of my business.

The Briarcliff Apartments are privately owned. Managed by Gebhart Properties, they have a maintenance staff on 24/7 to help serve you should you need the help to give you hassle-free living in comfortable, quiet surroundings. Sound good?
