Everyone knows that at the end of this month, there is a celebration that my husband and I do not join. Well, they know about the day, not that we won’t join it. We don’t believe in it. However, my daughter in Iowa says that there is a place there that has this “spooky” farm that you can walk through, including corn fields, and get scared….when you pay to get in. I have to tell you that I see no reason on earth to want to PAY to get scared. Heck, just look at the stock market, fear central!! Nope, I do not want that. But she likes to be scared, I guess. Sort of the same as if you were at an amusement park with rides that go way up in the air and come down super fast.

She talked about the fact that the walk is quite long and you would want to be in shape for it. That would be enough for me these days since I am unable to walk that much anymore. But she decided to invite some folks to go with her, be scared with her is more like it. And I was just thinking that if she had some UGG Australia shoes, that walking would be much easier on her feet. But at her age, she is still not thinking about feet on her trek through the cornfield and other parts of the scare zone. It’s open from now until that day and a few days after, if I heard her right. Nope. Not going to tell you what the place is called.
