How Can Someone Hate A Program On A Computer?

Welcome back!
I am talking about a vulgar little thing called Vista that Micro-stupid (where Bill Gates gets his millions and screws everyone in the process….hmm, reminds me of big oil companies) has on all the newest PCs and laptops. This program is such junk that it is amazing that anyone chooses to have it on their computer. Of course, you cannot buy a new computer anymore without this bloated piece of trash on it. The thing is that some things are okay on Vista and some things simply are not. I have a couple of games that, of course, do not work on Vista because that piece of trash is only going to allow things that are compatible. Ever check the list of compatible software on that trashy program? I always wondered what the problem was with folks not liking Vista but I do see it now.
Go ahead, install something that you really liked on another computer that was an older program. Yeah, and then just watch what it will not do because that trashy program will NOT ALLOW you to put it there. I tried a simple thing, to put an attachment on an email from a writing program that I have had for many years. It would NOT ALLOW me to do that. I got to play the game of going around the system. That time it worked. I wonder how many times it will not with things I truly want to have on my computer.
VISTA is a nightmare. It is incompatible with every other thing out there. And what is the news from Micro-stupid? They want to give us more of the same only worse. The next program will not be as nice as Vista. I wonder what it would be like if NO ONE wanted to buy their crappy stuff? Ah, I guess I’m dreaming because there will always be someone who has no clue and thinks that this is the right thing for them. It’s just like everything else in the world. You cannot count on anything to work right anymore.

Luckily I still have my trusty laptop running XP, so I haven’t had to deal with Vista much. But the few times I did have to use it, I absolutely couldn’t stand it.
Yes, I wish I did have XP on my computer. I do have that on my PC. It works great. Unfortunately, XP is no longer supported. And when we get to the newest program, vista will be the only fall back position available. ACK! I do not want to see that.
Thanks for your comments and for understanding about vista.
You’re right! I never even thought about that. I guess I will have to deal with Vista some day….
Hopefully the newest version will be alright.
If you buy a new computer, at this point in time, you will have to deal with Vista. From what I understand, all computers are being sold with Vista. And the next one will be worse because it will not allow anything that you already have.
Thats the way they get you. You have to buy brand new programs to work with Vista now. At some point, your programs will no longer work with anything since Vista or its new counterpart will not allow anything not given permission. COME ON!!!
