Ever Search For Unknown Stuff?

Welcome back!
I love shopping. Let’s get that straight first. But I’m a pretty basic shopper so when I get someone throwing me a curve ball shopping wise, it ain’t pretty. There are times when I just could not figure out what the heck it is someone wants, you know? I’m talking birthdays and Christmas here. I’m talking shopping for other people who can tell me to the letter what they want and I will still mess it up. It’s all in the idea of exactly what they truly want as opposed to what I THINK they want. Like I said, not pretty.
For instance, in our family, it is getting to be traditional for a lot of folks to receive DVD movies and television shows. Here’s the rub. Almost everyone has some of them. Hard to keep track. I could find the perfect gift for one but it really goes with the set from another. Sigh. I am telling you, I might not know a scone from a sconce. Yes, it is that bad. And there are times when I have to ask over and over before it really gets through to me and THEN I had better write it down because, sure as shootin’ I will get it messed up. I am not looking forward to the Christmas buying season that should be starting in a couple of months. Whew! Maybe I could hire a buyer to do all this for me!!! Hey, that might work! I’m going to think about that one.
