Pet Fur And Other Nasty Stuff On The Carpet

Welcome back!
This has been a long term gripe that I have had concerning pets. I love my pets and they are here because both my husband and I love our pets. However, we used to have our beloved Jazmine. She was a Shi Tzu/Poo and had nice, long hair that ended up on our carpet every spring and fall when she shed. In fact, I wrote a story about that called “Tail of The Flying Fur (Yep,it’s a pet tail)” that’s on my website. You know, I remember that I was told that she would not shed much but…..she did anyway. In later years, we were feeling guilty because she shed it all in a few months because of an allergy. Believe me, we would have loved to deal once again with the shedding problem.
These days, we have one cat and one puppy. Ah the puppy. She is part German Shepherd, part Labrador. The nuts part of the Lab is what we generally deal with regularly. If she were human, someone would suggest having her to a doctor to test for ADHD. I am serious. She does a lot of rolling on the carpet so there is a lot of hair going onto it. Plus, our lovely cat will shed practically on command. So, we need to get one of those Sebo vacuums to take care of the job. I think I will go quietly nuts if I can’t do something about it. At least it isn’t like our other dog’s fur was, shifting in the breeze. ACK!
