Guy Gets Thirty Days For Sharing Snack Cake

Welcome back!

This has to be one of the most bizarre things I have seen in a while for a news story. There was a guy in prison who got a snack cake from a vending machine and shared it with a buddy of his in jail. The problem appears that he wasn’t supposed to share the thing because the other guy wasn’t allowed to eat it. So, the snack cake guy gets to spend 30 days and $1500 for sharing. Makes you think it would be wise never to share anything again, doesn’t it. But the guy dodged a bullet of sorts. The prosecutors in the case wanted him to get 9 months of jail time for giving the snack cake to the other guy.

Does anyone wonder why the second guy wasn’t allowed to eat a snack cake? Boy, I sure do. Hey, it was in Ohio. Nuff said.

    It’s sure many strange things happen in this world nowadays. Sharing is a crime now? anyway..maybe the 2nd guy got some serious allergic to cakes? hey..you’ll never know..lots of allergic can kill you.

      From what I got out of the story, it might be that the second guy was being disciplined for something but that seems absurd but who knows.
