What Works For Aches And Pains With Old Injuries?

What happens when your joints ache and your knees are in pain? What do you do for shoulder aches and back pain? Believe me, I wanted to know these things because of various pains when getting up in the morning especially. My husband is the same way. He gets up very slowly because of joint pain, back and ankle pains. Boy, do we understand pain.

So, why am I telling you this? Because we have found a product that would certainly help you if you were one of those who had such problems, aches and pains. It’s called Freeze It Gel. Comes in a tube. We have tried it and loved it. This product works for several types of pain. For instance, muscle pain from strains. You work the cream into the muscle and Freeze It does the job. As you are rubbing the cream into the muscle, it starts out cold to the touch. Then, it becomes almost hot. As it works into the aching area, the pain will decrease significantly or it will stop. Arthritis suffers will love this product. Besides helping the pain go away, you are working the joint as well. That helps to move it. We know about this.

My personal favorite is using Freeze It for knees, ankles and hips. We both have huge problems with knee pain, especially in the mornings. My husband has an old football injury. At the time, he thought nothing of it really. It was fall. He was playing football with his class on the field when he was trying to block a player coming at him. My husband was driven to the ground and he landed right on his knees with another player on top of him.

In those days, if you were not practically dead, no one believed you were hurt. After school, he did not think much about the problem associated with the game because it appeared not to be hurting as much as when it happened. But as time went on, he began to have more and more pains in his knees. Through the years, the pain got worse and worse. Part of the reason he is now on disability is because there are many days when he cannot get up and walk without a cane to help him. He does carry a lot of weight as well and that aggravates the knees too.
