Texas Lawmakers Vote And Vote And Vote

Welcome back!
This may be an older story but it is well worth the effort to talk about it again, I think. And this is the type of legislative action that goes on all over the country because politicians do not think they have to follow the laws of the state or the nation that they live in. What am I talking about? Texas lawmakers, who are subject to discipline according to their own rules, vote more than once on the bills coming up in their house.
Seems that they are voting for their friends, fellow congress people on bills that come up when the other guys are out of the room. One woman says that they do not get bathroom breaks, lunch breaks or whatever breaks. Hey, isn’t that a personal problem? Or if it IS a problem, why don’t they change the rules so that they can have bathroom breaks and lunch breaks. This is bad and getting worse. And there will be no disciplinary action anytime soon.
What is your opinion? Bear in mind that I am aware that this is old news but have they done anything about it or is it still going on?

post looks cool. expect similar post in future. Thanks for share.
hahaha i couldn’t help but laugh while watching supposed respected state reps running around the room trying find an open desk that hadn’t voted yet. I’m not really surprised, i mean that’s how politicians are; cunniving and shady.
Agreed…for the most part. There are actual honest folks out there. They simply do not appear to be in Texas.

Though older story but important. The problems depends on their distinct personality. We should think about for all.
Yes, the story is older but if they are still doing the same things now as they were then, it does not matter. It is incredibly important because it shows very specifically that people are not getting served as those officials were elected to be, the servants to the people. They are doing nothing more than serve their own selfish purposes.
