Mother Uses Cattle Prod On Teen For Discipline

The mother of a teenage girl decided to discipline her with a cattle prod instead of the usual ways. Now, I can understand if a parent gets to the “hair pulling” stage with a teen. That happens more times than I care to think about. However, using a cattle prod on the teen is going a lot too far. They can get aggravating and frustrating but that simply is not the way to deal with a teenager no matter what they have done.
