Arkansas, A Great Place To Find Yourself

Welcome back!
It finally hit me the other day, we have lived in Arkansas for over 10 years. We have lived in this house for over 6 years. Awesome. What really got me is that this is the longest I have resided in any house ever, including when I was growing up. So strange. Thing is, I have watched for years what’s been going on around here.
We live in a retirement village but it’s not just that. It was originally set up that way but now families, like us, and older folks, younger folks, all sorts of people are moving in and out of here, much like a revolving door. Like our next door neighbors. There have been several since we moved in. They are there, then they aren’t. Most recently, people moved out. We never knew them. Sad. And for some reason, we totally missed other people moving in. You know, I would love to have the real estate franchise around here. Business is booming!!! So many houses, so little time.
There are houses and land around here, all rather cheap compared to the rest of the country. Unbelievably inexpensive which means that there are lots of sales. Oh yeah. Real estate is the thing to be in for that. No doubt.
