Land In The Ozarks

Welcome back!
We live in the Ozarks. I have probably mentioned that a time or two. The area is absolutely beautiful almost all the time. The one time it is not is when it snows. Now, it does look good but not if you have to try to get out that day. Oh, and ice. Ice is a real problem especially where we live in among the hills and curves. You know, there sure is a lot of real estate around us. Plenty of pieces of land for sale. Plenty of houses are up for sale as well.
It’s really pretty nice living here as long as you do not need a job to keep your family going. That isn’t so good around here. If you have an income that does not require going to it locally, you have it made. Some of the prices are pretty good too for houses and land. Not all, to be sure, but some. We saw a house for sale not long ago for around $45,000. It was a 2 br, 1 1/2 bath. That’s not bad at all. That’s what living in the Ozarks does for you.
