I Love Gadgets..All Kinds

Welcome back!
As stated, I love gadgets, all sorts of them. But, I usually don’t buy them because I can find the same thing at Wally World or in some discount catalog that I never buy from anyway. Sigh. But the little widgets and things that you can live without but they tell you that you can’t? Those are the ones I love.
For instance, I saw what I can only describe as some type of chopper on an infomercial a couple of times. I loved it. You know, it’s one of those things that say “as seen on tv” if you find them in the discount stores too? Yeah, those. Well, this chopper costs something like $19.95 but if you hurry, you can have this part and this extra blade and this doojigger all for free if only you will buy the plastic piece of crap for the price we told you. See, it really isn’t that I need it. It’s that it looks fascinating on tv and I want to try it out. Can you understand that?
