State Senator Has God In His Sights

A state senator from Nebraska, Ernie Chambers who is an agnostic, has decided to sue God. I know that sounds sort of nuts. Agreed. But he is serious about it although it sounds like he is trying to make a point. Part of his point is that you can file a lawsuit over just about anything. Well, he certainly is doing that alright. But the problem that I see here is that he is making a point not actually trying to file a real lawsuit. And as far as much of the country, he seems to be sort of foolishly filing a frivolous lawsuit.
In his lawsuit, he states that he wants a judge to ORDER God to stop making threats and to cease doing those things that are harming people and property. I am not even going to write here what all that lawsuit states but this guy is what I would call a nutcase but that’s just my opinion.
