When You Restore That Car, Spoil ‘er!

Posted by: From Arkansas in Odds And Ends on Sep 22 2007

Welcome back!

When I was a kid, there were guys in our neighborhood who loved to restore cars. They were pretty good at it. The cars would come out looking fantastic regardless of how bad they had been. So, with a little elbow grease and some paint, a car can be restored to it’s more brilliant shape.

Thing I love about a car is that car spoiler, you know, that thing on the back that looks like a formula one car or an indy car. Makes the auto look so classy and new. Things haven’t changed too much in all these years. When I was a kid, you had large fins on the cars. Cadillac was famous for them. Then cars got a little bit more streamlined and the spoiler came out on them. Now, the cars look like racing machines.
