All I Wanted Was A Chair

Welcome back!

We went looking for a chair because we needed one. Sort of follows, right? Uh huh. We went to several of the local discount furniture stores for the best deal for the money we had. All I wanted was a chair. We needed a chair for the living room. I knew that we could not afford to be buying a whole room full of furniture. Just wasn’t going to happen.

From the moment we walked in the door of this one place, I knew we were going to have a problem. There were some really nice things but nothing we had the money for right then. But those sofas were so nice and the love seats that matched and some that did not match but went together. It was fantastic but, again, we really could not spend the money on that. Well, it was no contest. We ended up with a sofa, a love seat and, guess what?…a chair…the guy liked us so much (the chair was truly the ugliest thing I had seen for a while) that he GAVE us the chair too. We took it because I said I needed a chair, right? Right.
