You know, I’ve been watching this thing about how low the prices on homes are getting. You would think that it’s time to run right out and get yourself into a home before the rates and the prices go way up. Not so fast, bucko. Just think about this a minute. Prices are falling like crazy. If you bought a house right now, you would possibly find yourself with a house that the value will fall further before it goes back up. ACK!
But, okay, you bought the house. Now what? Sit tight. Wait for the prices to go back up. Is this one of those houses that you want to make a profit on? Unlikely right now. So, why not get settled and enjoy the house you bought while you have it. Oh, and by the way, you better get some mortgage life insurance on it too. Nobody wants to leave the family in trouble with brand new payments. Because the housing market is going way down, why not wait a bit..check it out in a few months before you take the plunge. We are.
