Challenge On The Hypocrite Post

Yesterday, I posted a rant. It’s an indulgence, I will give you that. But, I enjoy the fact that I have a voice online now. I do not feel as though I’m never heard. Someone reads what I write, if only my husband.

Anyway, there was a comment left on that post that I cannot allow to stand without some return fire. I wrote a post yesterday called “Hypocrites All! I Am Tired Of Hypocrites!” that talked about politicians in general and specifically about wrong doing on all sides of the aisle in congress yet it appears that the only wrong doing is on the side of the Republicans in a year that is gearing up for elections of all sorts. The zingers are flying fast and furious. Regardless of what the Dems do, the Republicans appear to be getting handed the short end of the stick though it will be difficult for the voting public to see this if they cannot even tell you who is running for President next year, not this year. Sigh.

Now, the commenter asked me if I was really a person: “But then again, are you a real person writing this blog and do you really live in Arkansas?” The answer to both is yes! I am a person writing a blog. This is a blog. This is me writing it. Did anyone actually think that I was some type of machine writing these opinions out? Hummph. This blog is very much my own opinions and some paid sponsor stuff.

Next thing. This person stated that they were from Arkansas yet the url they are using is from North Carolina. Now, I have no doubt that the person must have lived in Arkansas for some period of time in their life. Therefore, they could use the idea of being “from” Arkansas.

Next thng and this is a biggie. This person asked if I believed in evolution…well, here: “If so… do you believe in evolution? Your governor doesn’t. Just curious.”

They made this statement as if I would want to believe in evolution. BAH! If anyone reading hasn’t seen my beliefs as yet, I will be glad to fill you in, right here, right now.

I believe in my Lord and Creator, God the Father. I believe in Jesus, His Son, who died on the cross to save all of us but only some of us are willing to believe that He did that for them. Those who do believe it are saved because they asked Jesus into their hearts. Those who do not, are not saved. I believe in the Holy Ghost (or Spirit if you like that better. Either way works for me) Who teaches me things I need to know. I am filled with Him and so very happy that is true.

There is no such thing as evolution concerning human beings. Never was, never will be. I do sincerely hope that our governor does not believe in evolution. We truly do not need any more of that trash being taught in our schools here. Isn’t it enough that the Dumbing Down of America has happened here? Isn’t it enough that the high school in our area has no concept of how to teach teens? Isn’t it enough that those teens go to school to learn how to make wall decorations in math class? I have more but you don’t want to hear it. No one ever does.

So, yes I am a born again Christian who is very hardcore about it. I am not ashamed of my Savior! I truly hope and pray that everyone who reads this, if not saved, will seek God and ask Jesus into their hearts before it’s too late. And for those who just snorted or cringed, I have no problem whatsoever telling you about Jesus and Who He IS, not was. Jesus is my Savior, my Lord and my Master. All that I want to do, I hope will please Him. I owe Him my life, physical and spiritual.
