Want To Be That Real Estate Agent?

Posted by: From Arkansas in Business news, Odds And Ends, That Misc. Category on Aug 28 2007

Welcome back!

In the area we live, there are a number of real estate agents. The market is booming here. The price of housing is low, unlike in many other areas of the country. So, they need more agents. The hangup is that you have to have a real estate license. To get that, you have to take a real estate exam.

There is software available to help you through the process of getting that license. Much of it is specific to your state for jobs like real estate agent, insurance, home appraiser, inspection or real estate broker. These folks have a demo on the site with sample questions available to you. The full version of the software has some hundreds of questions available.

The question is if a programm is realy abel to help more then only to pass a test to bekome a good agent. And does an agent want to do a good job or get only some money?

My take on that is..both. If I were wanting to be an agent, I would want to be the best one they have. The fact that it would make me more money does not hurt a bit. Why would someone get into a job and not want the money? That would be ridiculous.

So, better job. Good. More money. Great.

      Thanks for commenting.
