Hey, The Moon Went Behind A Cloud!
Posted by: From Arkansas in News And More Stuff on Aug 26 2007
Welcome back!
For those who love this stuff and I do, there is going to be a total lunar eclipse on Tuesday really early in the morning for those living in the United States. NASA has a page that has all the details on it for each time zone but in our case, it’s Central Daylight time. Our ability to see the eclipse is determined by how interested we are in getting up REALLY early in the morning.
NASA states that the start for us to see the eclipse is 3:51am. The full eclipse is going to be between 4:52am and 6:22am. Then the end of it is at 7:24am. If you just cannot make it to see this one, there is another one in 2008.

That’s really too bad. We might be able to see it just before it stops. Dunno yet. We are usually up by 6am. Thank you for commenting.
If you’re interested, here’s another article about the lunar eclipse and how to view it.
