People Are Getting More And More Cruel

Frankly, I cannot stand it when people abuse children or pets. Today, I saw this video concerning what I can only think of as torturing a kitten. Seems the kitty was found in an alley with paint all over the eyes and a shadow of paint on the wall near where the kitten was found. Who has such a sick mind that would do something that horrible to an animal? Now listen, I do realize that kids are more important than animals but, frankly, any sick person who would do that to a kitten would also do that to a child, sooner or later. This person just wanted to see something suffer.
Can you stand by and do nothing about this? Check with your local animal rescue league or animal shelter and find out what you can do to contribute to ending abuse like this.
