Eating Disorders Hurt And Kill

Welcome back!
Sometimes a neglected problem, eating disorders are usually hidden from sight. Often, the problems start with someone wanting to lose just a little weight. From there, it progresses to eating too much to fast or in a short time to eating very little or nothing at all. Then, there are those who will eat but find ways to rid the body of unwanted calories like vomiting, laxatives or over exercise. So, what can you do about this if you find a family member or friend in trouble. Do you know how to recognise an eating disorder?
If you believe that someone you love is having an eating problem like anorexia nervosa, binge eating or bulimia nervosa, why not try Avalon Centers in New York State where they can evaluate the problem and give sensible advice for those who are in need. They treat young people at age 14 to adults. These folks are eating disorder specialists.
