Lady Has A “Special” Plant, Gets Arrested

You know how it is with little old ladies, right? This particular little old lady, a 71 year old, had a “special” plant growing in her garden which she says is to keep the other varmits away. So, this deputy sheriff is cruising by when he spots the “special” plant growing at about 4 ft. tall and had been repotted. Not bad for a plant, special or not.
Ah but there is a tad more to the story. The deputy didn’t believe the little old lady when she said that the 4 ft. special plant was for chasing varmits away because she also had some more smaller special plants growing behind her shed. Then, there was that water device found inside the house. For those who still have no idea, she was growing marijuana. She is up on charges of manufacturing marijuana and felony possession of marijuana. Could be a long winter for this little old lady. By the way, her daughter lives with her but had no idea what was going on.
