What’s The Skinny On House Hunting?

Are you looking for a house to buy or rent? Have you noticed that the real estate market is really going down in many places? Houses are very low priced right now, not in all areas but in many. Where we live, the houses are low priced to begin with or many are. It is not unusual to find homes for less than $60,000 here. Before you go hotfooting it off to find a real estate agent, you might want to check and see if you can handle the lack of jobs around here.
It isn’t that we have people being laid off. It’s that there are few places to find one. Not many factories or businesses that are hiring around here. But, if you are retired or on a fixed income, this is not bad. We like it here since we work at home. So, if you are thinking of coming here, check out the options and then go for it!
