Eat Those Veggies! Says Mom

Posted by: From Arkansas in Odds And Ends on Jul 20 2007

Welcome back!

Exactly how hard is it to eat the amount of Daily vegetables that the USDA says we require for good health? Are you ready for this? According to the USDA, our consumption of veggies needs to be….5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. ACK! This can be pretty hard to accomplish especially if the items are out of season. And the salt that’s added to the canned stuff is too much for a lot of us to have. Unfortunately, most adults and very few children come anywhere near that amount anyway.

When I was growing up, the same words were said almost every meal. “Eat your vegetables. It’s good for you.” Of course, as a child I never really believed that. I just thought it was something parents said to get the kid to eat. But now we know that if we do not get a certain level of vitamins and minerals as well as other elements regularly, our health starts to go downhill. We need those anti-oxidants and Daily dietary supplement. I have decided that my health is too important to eat the wrong foods anymore.

Now I found a way to get those veggies in a really easy way from Lane Labs. If you like to camp, are on the go, are into sports, have no time in the morning to get the lunch together or any number of other reasons, you can use this especially handy packet for your Daily vegetables. I would use them anyway because of how simple it is to drink even when I stay home. All you have to do is mix the packet with a glass of water. We can have this when we’re on trips.

They back this product by giving you the opportunity to try it yourself with a My Daily Veggies Free Sample that you can get by going to the site and sign up.

We’re having about the same problem here.
But the helpdesk isn’t as nice.

I hope things work out for you after the weekend.

The helpdesk is nice but not helpful with this particular problem. But we will get our upgrade in due time. Thank you for commenting!
