Putin Sends U.S.-Russian Relations Into Tailspin

Welcome back!
Russian President Vladimir Putin is sending our government guys into a spin because he keeps coming up with these really cool ideas…for him. We, as in us public, do not appreciate these ideas and I certainly hope and pray that our government does not allow them to become reality. Are we really supposed to trust this guy? I don’t think so.
Okay, what idea could he possibly have that would cause that much trouble? Well, our government has this fantastic idea to put a missle defense shield in Eastern Europe. For some reason, Mr. Putin does not care for that idea. Wonder why. Ah but he has a plan too. The shield can be built and made larger and mostly Russian based. Ain’t that a great idea? Are you kidding me?
These guys were never playing kissy face when the cold war was going on. It hasn’t changed a heck of a lot since then either though they would love for us to believe that it has. The Russians got a setback a couple of times but it ain’t over yet. The big brown bear will rear it’s ugly head soon when they realize that we will not play ball with them. And I do hope that our government does not do this.
On the other hand, if we were to play ball a bit with the Russians, our country would not be in a leadership role in the world much longer. Of course, based on the idea of slinking out of the war in Iraq soon, it won’t matter too much anyway since we will not be a world power if we continue to do that sort of thing many more times.
